Our first commercial offer.

Centroid Cordon.

Regulated-data mediation for workflows that require allow, redact, deny, and evidence outcomes.

Regulated data should not flow into a workflow unmediated. Cordon puts a governed boundary in front of one named regulated-data flow, such as one that carries protected health information or other sensitive personal records. Instead of letting content pass through unchanged, Cordon inspects each request before delivery, returns an explicit outcome, and keeps a receipt of what it decided and why. Cordon is built on Centroid Gov, our decision-governance platform.

How it works

01

Inspect.

Content is evaluated before it moves on, against governed redaction profiles and category controls that your organization sets.

02

Decide.

Every item receives an explicit outcome: allow, redact, or deny. Anything the system cannot confidently resolve is held for human review rather than passed through. Cordon fails closed.

03

Prove.

Each decision produces a receipt that can be reviewed and exported, so your team can show what happened without exposing the underlying sensitive content.

Where it fits

Cordon is designed to mediate one named flow at a time, through an API or a signed-in workbench, with text and supported document formats. Additional connection paths are in development.

What Cordon is not

Cordon is not a compliance certification, a legal service that makes records non-identifying, or a blanket healthcare compliance product. It gives your team explicit outcomes and evidence for a bounded flow. Your regulatory obligations remain your own.

Status and next step

Cordon is our first commercial offer. We are preparing founder-led guided pilots with a small number of design partners. If your team handles regulated data inside workflows and wants explicit outcomes with evidence, write to hello@accordant-systems.com with a short description of the flow you have in mind. Do not include any actual regulated data in your message.
